Your email should include the following information:

 

• Your Name

• Your Mailing Address​

• A photo or scan of your receipt

• A short phrase for the author to write

3. You will receive a bookplate that is signed by the author.

Paste the bookplate where indicated on the title page of your book.

KINDLE BOOK

1. Purchase the Strong & Happy Kindle book.

2. Send an email to contact@bestrongandhappy.com.

Your email should include the following information:

 

• Your Name

• Your E-Mail Address​

• A photo or scan of your receipt

• A short phrase for the author to write

​

3. You will receive a pdf version of the book that is signed by the author.

​

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not include a phrase, the phrase you include is deemed inappropriate, or if your phrase is too large to fit, then the author will use the default phrase shown below.
